I bought this for my kids for Christmas, and my 3 and 5 year old played it with zero adult interaction, which was awesome! Then it got stuck in the down position. Ended all the fun, and made them cry for a good 10 minutes. I returned it (for a replacement), and it happened again, however, this time I found the fix. If it gets stuck in the downward position (unable to pop up) slam it on the ground (hard). I know it’s not the most “technical” way to fix anything, but I did it and it worked. I’ve now fixed it with this method at least 4 times tonight. It’s a little cheap, but a super fun game (for little ones especially). I’m hoping this review saves another family a lot of frustration and sad kids!
