Flavors include dark plum, dried cranberry, toast, jammy, ripe, red berries with meaty notes and a pleasant acidic and tannic finish. Pairs with herb-rubbed red meats and foods with high-fat content, like prime rib, roasts, ribeye, and milk chocolate.
